Nice.... John Osthoff has a similar mill and it's very useful in jig making. But then, a cnc is too...which is what I really want... |

I was drooling over the grizzley wood mill just yesterday. You will thoroughly enjoy the precision of a small mill especially for making bridges etc. Al |

Cool. I use my mill a lot for guitar building. I'm sure you'll enjoy yours too. I've been thinking about getting one of those little guys for inside my shop. The 800-pounder is out in the garage. Don, those vertical column micro mills (like the one shown above) make good candidates for CNC retrofit. No personal experience, but I've heard of folks doing it. Best, Michael |

I have that sander and it's pretty good, I have yet to find good belts for it though, we tried the ones from Grizzly and where dissapointed (they had big lumps in them), also I found getting the table square to the belt was not easy to do. But it's a great tool once you get it setup, in fact I'm going to be working on it today to re-square the table again, I'm also going to put in a T-Track so I can make some jigs for it, that should be fun... ![]() Enjoy... -Paul- |

Well my new tools, or as Bruce calls them "Luthier Bling" came in today and are sitting outside waiting for one of my employees to help be bring them down to the basement. But it will be a week before I get to play with them as that is when my next day off is. Well we are taking 6 hours off tomorrow th go and see Buffett in Mass. And Paul if you find a source for good belts Lemme know.. Now it's time for a bigger shop. My tool collection outgrew me... Now what else can I buy????? Gary |
